Grout is porous, so it holds onto everything a mop pushes across it. Mopping mostly moves that around. We clean tile and grout under pressure with a sealed spinner tool that scrubs and vacuums in the same pass, so the dirty water leaves with the machine instead of drying back into the lines.

Walkthrough
We identify the tile and stone type so we use the right pressure and solution.

Apply & Dwell
Cleaning solution goes down and is given time to break the soil out of the grout.

Scrub & Extract
A spinner tool scrubs under pressure and vacuums the dirty water up in one pass.

Rinse & Seal
Floors are rinsed neutral, and we seal the grout if you've asked for it.
