Cleaned Right.
Down to the Base.

We're based in Peachtree Corners, GA and serve roughly a 30-mile radius — including Norcross, Duluth, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Chamblee, Tucker, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Marietta, Indian Trail, Loganville, and Grayson.

Every job is different, so we don't quote from a price list. Cost depends on how many rooms and stairs, the carpet's condition, and whether there are pet stains or heavy traffic lanes that need extra treatment. We give free estimates with the full price up front — no hidden charges once we start.

Yes. We look at the job, talk through what needs doing, and give you an estimate at no cost and with no obligation. Call (404) 503-6288 to schedule one.

Yes — 15% off any job over $500. That's easy to reach if you combine services, like carpet through the house plus tile and grout in the kitchen, or upholstery plus a driveway wash. Just mention it when you call.

Usually 4 to 8 hours with good airflow. We extract as much moisture as the equipment can pull, so carpet comes up damp rather than wet. If you need it faster we can set air movers, and you can help by running fans or the AC and keeping windows shut on humid Georgia days.

Most of the time, yes. Pet urine soaks past the carpet into the pad and sometimes the subfloor, so surface cleaning alone won't fix it — it needs to be treated at the source. We'll tell you honestly what we can and can't remove after we look at it, rather than promising a result we can't deliver.

Grout is porous, so it absorbs what a mop pushes into it. Over time mopping actually moves dirty water into the grout lines and leaves it there. We clean under pressure with a tool that scrubs and vacuums in the same pass, so the dirty water leaves with the machine instead of drying back into the floor.

Not when it's done to the fabric. We check the manufacturer's tag and test a hidden area before anything else, then choose the tool and solution that fabric can take. Some delicate materials get a low-moisture method instead of extraction. That test is why we don't shrink, bleed, or ring fabric.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, pool surrounds, rooftop terraces, siding, and storefronts. We use a flat surface cleaner on concrete so it comes out evenly clean instead of striped with wand marks, and we match the pressure to what each surface can safely handle.

Yes. We work in offices, lobbies, corridors, retail space, and apartment buildings, including move-out turnovers. We can schedule around your hours so the work doesn't interrupt your business.

We're open Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM — seven days a week. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you.
